From the moment I walked in the door of their office late on a Friday afternoon I couldn’t have been more happy with the service I was provided. Simone was excellent, she knew her stuff and was very friendly. The guy that did the measure was punctual and highlighted some issues that we would have and gave advice on what we should do. The installation went off without a hitch even though I couldn’t be there on the day. Our installation was a bit more complicated than most because it was for our investment property which is in a secure complex but KNA did the job without an issue and kept us informed the whole way. They were also considerably cheaper than other quotes I had received for a similar product, I actually ended up getting a premium product for the same price as other companies “budget” product. Would definitely recommend and use them again

I have ordered 3 doors. One front door and 2 sliding door. The installation guy very friendly and provide detailed explanations and guidance.Thank you him!A bit disappointed they never contact me after putting a 50% deposit waiting time was 10weeks since 14 Mar 2023. So quiet.... I have to call (14 May) and write email (29 May) get an answer. Finally got my door install on 9 Jun 2023. That's the reason I give 4 stars.

Great job by David from KNA Security for the installation of one hinged and two sliding security doors yesterday.Thanks also to Wayne at their Showroom for previously explaining options with the doors.Competitive prices given by Angus.Thanks also for taking away the old doors at no cost ... much appreciated.New pet door in slider appreciated by cats.I prefer to deal with local companies, so I can certainly recommend KNA for all security door needs.
